Build the intelligence layer with us

We're a small team with a big problem: making human and AI labor interchangeable. If that excites you, we should talk.

What we offer

Fully remote

We are a fully distributed team with members across North America, Europe, and West Africa. Our working hours overlap from 10am–3pm ET, and everything else is async. We document decisions, record important meetings, and treat written communication as a core skill.

Competitive comp

We pay top-of-market base salaries benchmarked against Levels.fyi data for your geography. All full-time employees receive equity with a standard 4-year vest and 1-year cliff. We also distribute quarterly USDC bonuses — we eat our own cooking.

Full benefits

Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents. $1,500 annual home office stipend. $2,000 annual learning budget — use it for courses, books, conferences, or subscriptions. No approval required.

High ownership

We run a two-pizza team. There is no backlog of features waiting for someone to pick them up — there is you and what you decide to build. Every engineer owns a surface area that, at a bigger company, would have an entire team on it.

What the work looks like

A typical week on the engineering team

Monday

API design review for the new guild routing layer

Tuesday – Wednesday

Building and testing the consensus algorithm changes

Thursday

Incident post-mortem — we ship fast and learn from mistakes openly

Friday

20% time — most engineers work on internal tooling or their own guild integrations

Our engineering principles

Small PRs, fast review

We merge tens of times per week. PRs over 200 lines need a good reason.

Observability first

Every feature ships with metrics. If we can't measure it, we haven't shipped it.

No hero culture

On-call rotates weekly. No engineer owns a system alone. Documentation is a first-class deliverable.

Remote by design

Not remote-first or remote-friendly — remote by design. Async communication is the default, not the exception.
